Bell Pepper Harvest

We harvested our first bell pepper a few days ago, after it finally settled on red as its preferred color. Marianne enjoyed it in a dish of her delicious pasta salad.

I want some crunchy red pepper right now for my dinner plans...add to my roasted chicken with side vegetables!!! It would add just the touch I need!!! :)

Yay! Congrats! Caterpillars totally mutilated my pepper plants. I don't think I am going to get anything out of them. :-(

What a beautiful pepper! I picked my first full size one just yesterday. Still green. I've been using the baby ones on pizza and in fajitas.

What type of seed is that, John?
